BC7091 Adhesive Sealant is one-component, neutral-curing, silicone sealant with good adhesion, long shelf life for industry application.
BC7091 Adhesive Sealant cures at room temperature under the action of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

The substrate areas that will be in contact with the sealant must be clean, dry and free of all loose material,
BC7091 Adhesive Sealant exhibits excellent primer less adhesion to many substrates, e.g. glass, tiles, ceramics, enamel, glazed tiles and clinker; metal, e.g. aluminum, steel, zinc or copper;
impregnated, varnished or painted wood; and many plastics.
Users must carry out their own tests due to the great variety of substances.
The adhesion can be improved in many cases by pretreatment of the substrates with a primer.
BC7091 Adhesion Sealant has a shelf life of at least 12 months when stored in a cool (below 25°C), dry place in moisture-tight original container. The best before date of each batch is shown on
product label. The product should be used as quickly as possible once it is opened.
If the material is kept beyond the recommended shelf life, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application. More than the deadline, Blacos no longer guarantee the product meets sales specifications.
During vulcanization alcohol is released. These vapors should not be inhaled for long periods or in high concentration. Hence, good ventilation of the work place is necessary. Should uncured
silicone rubber come into contact with eyes or mucous membranes, the affected area must be rinsed thoroughly with water as irritation will otherwise be caused. Cured silicone rubber,
however, can be handled without any risk to health.

The date in the TDS is a real expression of BLACOS upon the existing testing methods and testing results. However, due to each application has its unique, the data cannot take the place of the necessary test before the trail.
Users test is the only basis to ensure the products suitable for the specific application requirements, So, unless BLACOS provide written guarantee, otherwise, BLACOS only guarantee that the
product meets the quality inspection specifications of factory. BLACOS also does not recognize any other form of guarantee and claim terms, if any product quality problems, BLACOS shall
have the right to test the product quality again. If the problem is confirmed by BLACOS, BLACOS shall exchange products or return the sales amount. Users should be responsible for comply
